### Alliance Training Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy regulates the collection, processing and storage of personal data on the Alliance Training platform <https://alliance-kumite.net/training> (hereinafter — the "Platform").
By visiting the Platform, signing in with an access code, or making a payment, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

#### 1. General provisions
1.1. The Platform is a technology service for training records. Coaches enter athlete and parent data independently.
1.2. The Platform does not collect athletes' personal data directly from parents, except data parents provide when signing in and paying (access code, contact details if any).
1.3. The coach is responsible for the lawfulness of collecting and processing athlete data in their group.
#### 2. Data processed
- Coach data: name, contacts, group and finance settings.
- Athlete data: full name, date of birth, attendance, balance, accruals — as entered by the coach.
- Parent data: access code, payment history, contact for Telegram notifications (with consent).
- Payment data: amount, purpose, transaction status. Card details are processed by the payment provider (LiqPay/Fondy); the Platform does not store them.
#### 3. Purpose and retention
Data is processed to provide training accounting and accept payments for the coach. Data is retained for the account lifetime and up to 3 years after termination unless law requires otherwise.
#### 4. User rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data via the Administration contacts above.
