This document is published at: https://alliance-kumite.net/training/terms
#### 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This document constitutes a public offer by the Internet platform "Alliance Training" (hereinafter — the "Platform").
1.2. The Platform is solely a technology service (CRM/information system) that provides training records, scheduling, and gives Users (Parents) the technical ability to make payments directly to independent Service Providers (Coaches).
1.3. Acceptance of this offer occurs when a User registers on the Platform or makes a payment for a Coach's services through the Platform interface.
#### 2. STATUS OF THE PARTIES AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE
2.1. Training services are provided directly by Coaches who hold official status as entrepreneurs (sole proprietorship or equivalent status in the Coach's jurisdiction).
2.2. The Platform is not the recipient of User funds, does not withhold commissions from User payments, and does not act as a tax agent for Coaches.
2.3. When the User clicks "Pay", the payment using the User's bank card is processed by an international payment system (Fondy or LiqPay — depending on the Coach's settings) and is directed directly to the bank account of the selected Coach.
2.4. The payment currency is determined by the Coach and the Platform in accordance with international payment system rules. Currency conversion by the User's issuing bank is paid by the User independently.
#### 3. LIABILITY AND REFUNDS
3.1. The Platform is not responsible for the quality, scope, safety, or rescheduling of online/offline training sessions conducted by Coaches. All claims regarding non-provision or poor quality of services must be directed to the Coach who received the payment.
3.2. Refunds in case of cancelled training sessions are carried out by and at the expense of the Coach through the personal account of the relevant payment system (Fondy or LiqPay). The Platform provides technical assistance with refunds upon request from the parties.
3.3. The Platform is responsible solely for the technical availability of the accounting interface and correct routing of payment requests.
